Zum Schneiden von Rost und säurebeständigen Stählen
· Der vermehrte Einsatz von rost- und säurebeständigen
Stählen (z.B. VA-Stählen) erfordert ein geeignetes
Sägeblatt zum Trennen dieser schwer zerspanbaren
Werkstoffe.
· Durch perfektionierte Schneidengeometrie werden
überzeugende Schnittergebnisse erzielt.
· Mit 13° positivem Spanwinkel greift das Sägeblatt optimal
in das Material ein.
· Das wirtschaftliche Trennen von VA-Rohren ab 10 mm
Wandung ist kein Problem.

Anwendungsregeln
Zahnteilung:
· 3 Zähne/Zoll für Querschnitte ab 50 bis 200 mm (Rohre
ab 10 mm Wandung)
· 2 Zähne/Zoll für Querschnitte ab 150 mm
Schnittgeschwindigkeit:
· Rost- und säurebeständige Stähle: 10 bis 20 m/min
